Reflective Journal #1: Problem Solving Collaboration
Working with a partner to complete the "Problem Solving Collaboration" was a learning experience for me. Although it was a very simple assignment, there were simple and important things that my group mate and I had to keep in mind. The most important thing to have while working in a group is communication. All parties should know what the assignment is, how it should be as a whole and what is expected from each individual. If things like that are not discussed, error occurs. To avoid these incidents each person should decide what role they will take on. After the work is work is completed by the group (together or apart) you should then review how the assignment is done to make sure it is done correctly. Be sure that the entire group is satisfied with the finished work.

Of course, I agree with communication part, That's the strongest point you need to address in a group project, I liked it!
ReplyDeleteI agree that communication was the most important part of the whole assignment. I'm glad that you and your partner was able to get it completed.
ReplyDeleteCommunication is definately the key in having a successful group. If there is no communication then there is no way you can work as a team. Everyone must do there part!
